Company Limited Warranty

All goods delivered are subject to our contractual terms. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within two (2) business days of receipt. All returns after 30 days will only be accepted at our sole discretion. All returns may, at our sole discretion, be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to a product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product and is non-transferable.

No Other Warranties and Liability Limitation: This Limited Warranty represents R.R. Bramley & Co Ltd’s sole and exclusive warranty obligation with respect to its products. R.R. Bramley & Co Ltd’s liability to a customer or any other person shall not exceed the original sales price of the applicable product.
